Grief is how the brain processes loss, however, it does not process emotions in any particular order, intensity or time. Like sobriety, grief is a very personal experience.  You have to learn to navigate and self manage.  Also important is we have to process and 'feel' grief and what to do with it.  Listen to the experience from our IAS friends, Squirrel Monkey, Break_ground and Polly.
