Reading is a valuable way to immerse yourself in your journey and to learn from those who have already trodden this path, who have spent countless hours in research and long days in recovery. Written resources we recommend range in their content, from Quit Lit to Self Help, stories of addiction and recovery or books which contribute to the overall process of self improvement in sobriety.
