Hi this Polly just a little about me.  I have a background in communications in the Healthcare Industry and also Installations management of new hospital construction. I have now retired to care for my disabled husband who is a Vietnam Vet .

I have 3 sons, 1 daughter and 6 beautiful grandchildren.

I have been very happily sober for 10 months and I am committed to helping other women gain sobriety through support small groups.

Totally love doing these podcast in the hopes of reaching others who struggle

Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ I am Corinna. I am 56 and picked up my first drink at the age of 12. I was medically retired in 2020, following 37 years of mental health nursing. I have a 24 year old son and drank heavily (daily) for 22 years of his life. I quit drinking in August 2020 and have been fully present for my gawjus grandson, since his birth in October 2020. I absolutely love sobriety and want to share the reality of this with everyone. I am especially passionate about helping parents, with young children, to get sober NOW. Time goes so quickly and,  there are so many precious moments to enjoy. I really want that for you all 💖

No Sippy No Slippy. Not Another Drop No matter What.
