The definition of 'Burnout'  is a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress.
Our very own IAS member Squirrel Monkey, an Imaging Technician for 28 years, who in conjunction with the demands of Covid being and multiple recent personal losses suffered just this.  She shares notes and tips of her therapy treatments and how she is putting in the work to self manage stress.  Grab a pad and write down the tips and King will also share a tip or 2 and what she learnt was the 8X8X8 rule for homeostasis.
